Plain-language summary
Everything Solvé sells is sold strictly for research use only (RUO). You may not use Solvé products on yourself, on other people, or on animals. We don't make therapeutic claims, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has not evaluated any of our products to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
By buying, downloading, or using anything from solve.science, you confirm you are a qualified researcher, that you are 21 years of age or older, and that you will use Solvé products only for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local law.
What "research use only" means
"Research use only" — abbreviated RUO — is a regulatory classification recognized by the FDA for materials intended exclusively for laboratory and research applications. RUO materials:
- Are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use
- Have not been evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality as a therapeutic
- Are sold for in-vitro study — meaning in test tubes, petri dishes, cell cultures, and other non-living laboratory environments
- Are not labeled, packaged, or marketed for any clinical, therapeutic, or supplement application
No therapeutic claims
Nothing on solve.science — including peptide product pages, the resource library, peptide guides, science citations, protocol summaries, or marketing copy — should be read as a therapeutic, medical, or health claim. References to "appetite," "recovery," "energy," "skin," "collagen," "longevity," and similar terms describe research-context investigation in peer-reviewed literature, not benefits or outcomes you should expect from any product.
Solvé does not claim, recommend, or endorse that any product:
- Diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease, condition, or symptom
- Will cause weight loss, improve performance, improve recovery, improve cognition, or affect any human health outcome
- Is safe or appropriate for human or animal use of any kind
- Substitutes for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider
Who can buy
To purchase Solvé products you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be a qualified researcher — meaning an independent researcher, employee of a laboratory or institution, or otherwise reasonably classified as a researcher under applicable law
- Have read and agreed to our Terms of Service, Researcher Attestation, and this RUO Disclaimer
- Confirm that you will not use, share, sell, or transfer Solvé products for human or veterinary consumption or for any therapeutic purpose
Falsely attesting to any of the above constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination, order cancellation, and referral to applicable authorities.
How we communicate research literature
Throughout solve.science we cite peer-reviewed studies — from sources such as PubMed, NEJM, ClinicalTrials.gov, and primary lab reports — to give qualified researchers context on what is described in the published literature. Citation is not endorsement of a clinical claim. Mention of a study describes what the published authors investigated and reported; it does not represent what you should do, expect, or experience.
Why we publish a COA on every batch
Each batch of Solvé research compound ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) showing identity, purity (HPLC), water content, and endotoxin from an independent ISO 17025-accredited laboratory. COAs document the composition of the research material; they are not safety or efficacy data and they do not constitute a therapeutic claim.
