The attestation.

Every Solvé buyer attests to a small set of facts about who they are and how they intend to use these products. This page is the language behind that checkbox.

What this is

This is the binding attestation you make to Solvé when you create an account or purchase a product. It captures the specific representations the law expects from a buyer of research-grade chemicals.

I attest that I am

  1. 21 years of age or older.
  2. A qualified researcher — an independent researcher, an employee of a laboratory or research institution, or otherwise reasonably classified as a researcher under applicable law.
  3. Legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in my jurisdiction.

I attest that I will

  • Use Solvé products only for in-vitro laboratory research
  • Not use any Solvé product on a human, on an animal, or as a dietary supplement, drug, food, or cosmetic
  • Not resell, redistribute, or transfer Solvé products to any person or entity for human or veterinary consumption or for any therapeutic purpose
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing my research
  • Properly label, store, and dispose of Solvé products in a manner appropriate for research-use-only materials
  • Maintain documentation of the research purpose for which I am purchasing

I understand that

  • Solvé products have not been approved by the FDA for any therapeutic indication
  • Solvé products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
  • Solvé makes no claims regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any product for human or veterinary use
  • The content on solve.science — including peptide guides, science library, dosing references, and protocol summaries — is educational and contextual only and does not constitute medical advice
  • I assume full responsibility for my use of Solvé products and release Solvé Sciences, LLC from liability arising from any misuse

Consequences of false attestation

If you provide false information in this attestation, Solvé may:

  • Cancel pending orders without refund
  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Report the matter to applicable regulatory or law-enforcement authorities
  • Pursue civil remedies including damages

Record of attestation

When you sign up or complete a purchase, Solvé records the date, time, IP address, and email associated with your attestation. We retain these records for at least seven (7) years for regulatory compliance.

Renewal

Your attestation remains in effect for as long as you have an active account. We may ask you to re-attest periodically — typically once per year, or when a material change is made to the attestation language. We will notify you in advance.

Plain English summary By using Solvé you confirm you're 21+, a real researcher, and that you won't use these products on humans or animals. Lying about this can get your account closed and may have legal consequences.
