We collect the minimum personal information needed to fulfill your order, run your member account, and improve the website. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. Your tracker entries are private. You can export or delete your data anytime from your member dashboard.
Who we are
"Solvé," "we," and "us" refers to Solvé Sciences, LLC, headquartered in Austin, TX, United States. We operate the website at solve.science and the related Solvé membership, calculator, and tracker.
What we collect

What we don't collect
- We don't collect or store full payment-card numbers. Card payments are tokenized by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
- We don't collect health, medical, or biometric data unless you voluntarily enter it into your private member tracker (in which case it stays in your account).
- We don't collect data from minors. Our site is intended for users 21+.
How we use your data
- Fulfill orders — ship products, send order confirmations and tracking, manage returns
- Run member tools — power the dashboard, calculator history, tracker entries
- Support & security — respond to your messages, detect fraud, protect accounts
- Improve the site — aggregate, de-identified analytics to understand which pages are useful
- Communicate — order-related transactional emails (always), newsletter only if you opt in
- Legal & compliance — researcher-attestation records, tax records, fraud investigation, court orders
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers
Solvé does not sell personal information. We do not share your tracker entries, calculator history, journal notes, or order history with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics platforms beyond the limited, aggregated, de-identified usage data described above.
Service providers we use
We share the minimum necessary data with a small number of trusted service providers — for example, a payment processor, an order-fulfillment partner, a shipping carrier, an email-delivery service, and a website analytics provider. Each is contractually bound to use your data only to provide the service we engage them for.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Delete — request deletion of your account and personal data (with exceptions for legal records)
- Correct — request that we correct inaccurate data
- Export — receive a machine-readable copy of your data (CSV available in your dashboard)
- Opt out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
- Object — under GDPR / CPRA, you may object to certain processing

Data retention
- Account data — for the life of your account, plus 12 months after deletion (legal records)
- Order records — 7 years (tax compliance)
- Researcher-attestation records — 7 years (regulatory compliance)
- Tracker entries — until you delete them, then immediately purged
- Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, hashed passwords (bcrypt), least-privilege access controls, and security monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.
Children
The Solvé website is intended for users 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has used our site, contact us at privacy@solve.science and we will delete the data promptly.
International users
Solvé is based in the United States. By using the site you consent to the processing of your data in the U.S. EU/EEA/UK residents: we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for any data transfers and process all data in accordance with GDPR principles.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to active accounts at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Effective" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
